On a recent trip to Richmond to visit family, my Grandmother brought this picture of she and my Grandpa Al and my Mom when she was little. I find this picture to be inspiring and love seeing the amazing clothes Sassy used to wear!
I'm always finding new kitchen gadgets and have to tell you about one that happens to be a wedding present we received (thanks Scott & Ashlee!!) but is seriously the best tool. Ever. It's the Cuisinart SmartStick Stainless Steel Hand Blender. Not only is it an immersion blender, but you can use part of it as a food processor and there's even a whisk attachment. Genius!
